After a scheduling issue the manager Ai called to correct the problem and was extremely accomodating and kind! We also had a wonderful experience last week so this place will definitely be our go to for a while :)
Thank you again!!

Wonderful! right here we have a urgent care for our beloved furry family. It sits on Franklin ave a few blocks from eastern parkway and the 1 2 3 and 4&5 trains . And next door you can purchase a treat for them at beastie bestie. Our cat Cubs had a nasal infection and my wife rushed him over a few blocks from where we live. He mewowed all the way and was treated to the best care . He recovered and all is well thankfully.
