I rarely write reviews, but Carlos is the best! He just installed a new heat pump hot water heater for us. The cost was less than we anticipated, and he helped us make the right decision for our needs.
Carlos is honest, professional, does high-quality work and is really great about communicating about any challenges or details a customer needs to be aware of or weigh in on. Carlos was straightforward and reasonably priced. He also came out on time which we know with contractors and tradesman is a lot of the times not the case. But more importantly he was thorough and customer service oriented which is what is more important to me than anything. He took the time out not only to explain how things work but just when he thought he was done he still wanted to check a few things out to make sure he explored every possibility. It’s hard to find hard workers in the world today who actually care and carlos gave those vibes. I don’t write reviews often. Only when they are deserved.
I called Carlos after our boiler shut down. He came within the next half an hour, was courteous, fixed the problem, recommended a few repairs. The service fee was reasonable.
All together great experience. Highly recommended
