Chronic back pain, 90% better in one visit. I was hit in the back by a wave that took me down hard and fast a week ago. I was d*** enough to try to endure through it, hoping it would heal itself with heat and a brace and stretching and a hellava lot of ibuprofen. I could not sit. It hurt to change positions. It hurt to lay. Sleep was horrible. Finally, I recalled my neighbor Shira raving about Cornerstone, and I picked up the phone and was in Annie’s office an hour later and she poked and prodded and stretched and cracked and remolded me. I can't say enough about both Jay and Anne. They are both amazing. I've been to many massage therapists in the City and all pale by comparison to Jay. One session with him and my body starts working again! He's very knowledgeable and very patient. He always spends the time to explain and teach to prevent further injury. Nobody better than Jay!Anne is magical with acupuncture. I've often waited too long to go in for acupuncture, in desperate condition after running or working out too much, and walked out of the session feeling whole again.Highest recommendation for both Jay and Anne!

I've been dealing with a frozen shoulder for 6 months. I had a steroid shot a month ago with no relief. I took a chance on Cornerstone based on a review and boy am I glad I did. Peggy walked in and had such calming energy. She did cupping on my back and while I was in tremendous pain while it was happening (not her fault, my back is just that bad) I feel relief today for the first time in months! The whole experience was insane in the best way. As she was doing the cupping my sinuses completely opened up ( a random bonus) and my body was fully tingling. I will be back, she is a healer!
