Element has been my go-to place for massage and acupuncture for the past 10 years. While I no longer live in the neighborhood, I still travel from Queens when I need some extra healing deep tissue massage and acupuncture.You can always trust the best quality of care no matter the practitioner, but I am especially devoted to Laura for trigger point style acupuncture to help release chronic back and muscle aches.The whole place smells like heaven and I am so grateful to have them as a part of my wellness routine. Pro Tip: this makes a great gift certificate for friends and family!
Cant speak highly enough of Element! I LOVE massages and they have the best therapists on staff (and such good hours!) From regular massages to more recently prenatals (with Jasmin in particular) it’s always a 10/10 experience. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment here!
Element is one of the main reasons I never want to leave this neighborhood. I have had many different sessions and treatments and they have all been outstanding. The entire vibe of the place is warm, welcoming and caring. I love Element so much and I am so grateful to be a part of their neighborhood and community they care so much about!
