He went ABOVE AND BEYOND on my computer, which was messed up for weeks and he spent weeks working on it on and off in between my crazy work schedule getting in his way. He was also incredibly honorable and didn’t charge me anything beyond what he quoted me for what seemed to be at the time a simple fix. Highly highly recommend for any of your computer needs
Apple couldn't get my computer working for less than $700; Moon did if for $100 - and when it died again, he got it up and running free of charge. Extremely honest and kind - it's obvious that he takes pride in his work and knowing that he has actually helped someone.If you didn't let yourself be extorted into buying AppleCare (and, fun fact, in the UK, Apple doesn't offer AppleCare because by law computers are warrantied for 6 years!), head to Com Plus Alpha before the Apple store for repair.
Nicest guy.... fair prices.... extremely fast and good at what he does.... went there knowing nothing about my computer other than it wasn't working.... Moon took care of me and than some..... if you are in the south brooklyn area and need a guy to fix ur computer, this is your guy
