Didn't have a bad experience on my visit, they did everything they could to find out what the issue was before they sent me to the ER. All worked out well, but CityMD was nice enough to write me a letter to take to the ER to make sure I didn't have to wait.
I’ve come here numerous times this past year, and all of my visits have been fast, efficient, and thorough. The facility is clean and the staff are professional. A special shoutout to the medical professionals who gave me my first antibiotic pill while at the office, so I wouldn’t have to wait for my prescription to start feeling better! I was truly floored the first time I was offered this. So appreciated.
