CityMD Downtown Brooklyn Urgent Care provides excellent service with a respectful and professional staff. The providers, such as Doctor Tia and Stephen, are patient, thorough, and efficient, explaining everything in detail. The staff, including PSRs, scribes, and Xray Techs, go above and beyond to assist patients, providing extra help when needed. The facility offers great communication, following up with patients to ensure they receive the care they need. Overall, CityMD Downtown Brooklyn Urgent Care is a highly recommended urgent care facility.
I highly recommend this CityMD location. This was my second visit, and once again I received outstanding care!
Everyone was incredibly kind and supportive, from the receptionist to the nurses. Annisa Soeboer, PA, was compassionate, took the time to listen to all of my symptoms, and immediately started treatment instead of making me wait. She also arranged my blood work right away after I had been unable to get it done elsewhere for almost a week.
The nurse who drew my blood was so gentle that I barely felt the needle and kept me talking throughout the process, which really helped :)

Clean facility, short wait, organized, great staff, the doctors assistant put me at ease was very friendly and loved my doctor she took her time with me (so didn't feel rushed) and explained everything to me in layman's terms. I would highly recommend this site on Fulton and Jay across from Duane Reade
Both times I have used this location were great. Everyone who I have encountered at the office have all been pleasant and put me at ease. I don’t remember the first doctor’s name (last year) but he was thorough in his exam and I had no lingering issues later on. This time I made sure to get their names: Jonathan (intake nurse/nursing assistant), and Dr. Nancy. Reception as well was nice.
I recommend visiting this location for sure. It’s in downtown Brooklyn, right off Fulton.
*Note, currently their elevator isn’t functioning so there are a couple landings of stairs to use.
