If you use their app and you show up on time, you shouldn't have a problem. I found the doctors professional. I haven't found a medical clinic with professional front office staff anywhere in the world so I don't count that in my review. But I like this place.

This was the worst experience ever. Worst bedside manner possible by the doctor, I think doctor K. Went in for a basic physical and felt like they berated and then upsold a bunch of procedures and bloodwork without explaining why. In the moment it can be difficult to figure out so agreed but they continued and re-scheduled for followup with specialist again without clear reasoning why and I left without clear way to access or understand test results. This was an overall terrible experience that felt unprofessional, a little scammy, and totally un-befit for the medical space. To have a patient leave less sure of their medical status, and feeling mistreated. I hope other patients will reconsider visiting here.

Front desk is often times rude. Had an appt for 0430. Arrived at 0436/0437. Had 4 people infront of me w the slow reception. By time i got to the desk its 0440. The front desk called the back to let them know i arrived. She LIED and said i just walked in at 440. I was told to reschedule as i heard the nurse in the back say the dr said “no”. Guessing no to see me. Other times you waiting 30 mins to see the dr …. For 5 min visits.
