I have been a regular customer since I moved to the neighborhood over 4 years ago. I never had a bad experience with them! They are very friendly and professional. They also show that they care about me as a customer.

I recall one time where I submitted a shirt to be laundered and pressed, which they charged on the ticket. However, they realized after I left that its design required dry cleaning and removed that charge from the ticket. I agreed after realizing it myself. They could have easily dry cleaned it and charged me for it, but they felt it was important for me to make that decision before pressing ahead. I really appreciated that greatly!
