Caree Cleaners has been a fixture in Prospect Heights for decades, offering spectacular services for over thirty years. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and professional work, including spots out of shirts and pleats pressed perfectly. Many have used Caree for 5 to 10+ years, mainly for men's dress shirts, and never had a problem. The family is kind and fantastic. However, one recent experience involved a brand new sweater returned with stains. Mistakes happen, and hope remains that this can be rectified. Despite this, many would not go anyplace else.
I have been using this establishment for over 20 years and I love coming here and bring my stuff for the cleaners. Very friendly team. By the way, I bring my stuff all the way from Queens to clean and iron !! Cannot thank enough for great service !!!
I’ve been coming to Caree for 10+ years. Everything has always been good - spots out of shirts, pleats pressed perfectly, etc. The prices are reasonable and whenever I have needed something quickly they’ve been able to accommodate.
Unfortunately, they ruined a brand new, very nice sweater. I took it in for dry cleaning and received it back with stains. I’ll see if they can fix it but will likely take my dry cleaning elsewhere.
They do seem very kind and I understand mistakes happen, so my hope is that this can be rectified and I will update my review.
