I love this medical center. All of the staff are caring and willing to go the extra mile for your personal care. My family and I (husband and children) have been patients for a decade, and I've never had a problem that they couldn't accommodate. I'd give more stars if it were an option. The office is a full service center with dental, primary and pediatric care, gynocology, mental health, and substance abuse support. This office is moving to a larger location soon to include optometry and radiology! Might be one of the best in Brooklyn!
The staff was friendly and efficient. I rarely had to wait past my appointment time and I was very pleased with the dental services rendered to me.
Years ago this center was much better. But the last 4 years it is on a major decline. Honestly the owner/ partners must realize this is a medical and dental clinic. If new staff has to be hired pls do so because honestly my family and I will not attend this center anymore. Such ashamed all aspects of this clinic really sucks . Try to get a straight answer is very hard and honestly this center does not give the impression of hint that the employees are serious about their jobs.
