Suki Roman is an excellent realtor. She was communicative, proactive in identifying homes, and helped us strategize on the best way to present ourselves as renters. She worked within our specifications, budget, and helped negotiate better terms with the landlord — pushing out our move in date by 1 month when the landlord wanted us to start immediately. We didn’t live in NY, so Suki went above and beyond to do all the showings for us and send videos. I would highly recommend Suki. She was such a pleasure to work with! Side note: we love our home!!
