She did a fantastic job by organizing this sweet celebration , the food was delicious and the staff were so nice!

Apartment Life, Karissa is doing such a great job for the community at The Landings. Today we had Massage Monday at the Nail salon . Also they shared Apple Cider, tea, It was a very nice activity.

I’ve been here for a year and I absolutely love the landings!!! The view is wonderful, neighbors are friendly and the list goes on and on . I truly love living in this building. It feels like a real community, not just an apartment. Karissa goes above and beyond for the tenants and regularly hosts building parties and events that bring everyone together — something you don’t find everywhere.Maintenance is also excellent. Whenever something needs to be fixed, it’s handled quickly and professionally, which gives real peace of mind. The staff cares about the residents and the overall environment of the building.I’m very grateful to live here...read full review
