Within the last few months, I've given them 2 very challenging items in a row: a pair of very dusty and stained antique doilies, and a white velvet embroidered bag with food and wine stains that I left sitting in a drawer for at least a year.
They did an amazing job on the delicate dollies. No new damage and most of the staining was gone with any remaining stains all but invisible.
The velvet bag came back looking like new! I have no idea how they did that.
