Based on customer reviews, Bandai Namco Cross Store Brooklyn NY is an awesome place to get any Bandai products, from Gundams to One Piece items. It is a great spot to find collectible figurines and gatchas, with lots of Gundam, Pokémon, Tamagotchi, and other IPs. The store has too many options for Gundam models and a huge selection of gacha machines. There are some tables to play card games and also some arcade games. The stock was great, and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and the nicest staff ever. The manager and team try their best to lookout for the players given how much scalpers and resellers there are. If entering the building from the street, you need to walk through the Daiso store.
I went in yesterday to purchase One Piece cards because I was in the area for work. I couldn't find them anywhere else without paying out the nose for them and heard they had them at MSRP. They did, but I could only get a few at once. Still better than what I expected. But I'm not just a one piece fan, and they had a lot. Ended up spending some money on gashapon, got a Tamagotchi for my girlfriend, and will be back for a gundam after my next paycheck. Talked with some guy as he was walking out who turned out to be the manager. Told me to give them a call if I had any questions and didn't want to make the trip out there for nothing. They got an alright stock of Gunpla, along with Pokemon and some others. They also have most of what's available in Tamashii Nations in Times Square. You might find some other things that interest you.
My kids had saved a lot of money and they blew almost all of it in the Gashopon machines.
Great spot to find collectible figurines and gatchas! Lots of gundam, Pokémon, tamagotchi and other IPs. They have a small area for playing card games and also some arcade games. The gatcha and model kits are the best part.
