About Bandai Namco Cross Store Brooklyn NY
Based on customer reviews, Bandai Namco Cross Store Brooklyn NY is an awesome place to get any Bandai products, from Gundams to One Piece items. It is a great spot to find collectible figurines and gatchas, with lots of Gundam, Pokémon, Tamagotchi, and other IPs. The store has too many options for Gundam models and a huge selection of gacha machines. There are some tables to play card games and also some arcade games. The stock was great, and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and the nicest staff ever. The manager and team try their best to lookout for the players given how much scalpers and resellers there are. If entering the building from the street, you need to walk through the Daiso store.
The big Gundam figure welcoming you into the shop is a good sign that the store’s going to be good. There’s a good amount of gachapons here, they’re pretty much the ones you can get in Japan but it’s a bit more expensive. There’s also a good amount of Gundam gunpla, Pokemon, Tamagotchi, One Piece etc. At the very end of the store there are a few arcade machines that you can play.
Great addition to Japan Village. This place has the new stuff while BookOff has the secondhand old stuff. Favorite part was the Ape Escape and Sgt. Frog gacha machines. Only thing that would've made it better is if they had Medabots merch.

The store needs a member card registration to get things going, and have a employee designated to address the questions of the patrons in every form of communication.
