About POP MART
POP MART is a store that offers a variety of collectible figures and plush toys. The store tends to be crowded, making it hard to browse for long, especially with tourists around. The selection is somewhat limited, and the store could benefit from more space and more items, possibly by increasing vertical space. Customers often find it inconvenient that bags are not provided for all purchases, requiring them to buy or bring their own. Shopping through the app is easy, though some items like Labubu plushes may not meet expectations in appearance. The store recently reopened as a new location but was out of stock on some new items, such as Labubu vinyl plush blind boxes and certain online-exclusive products. Service is generally adequate, but the overall shopping experience can be affected by store size and stock availability.
This is not a rating for the store itself but the service. I recently tried to call many times with no answer just a “user busy” line which I understand but I was not even given the option to leave my number or a voicemail
Unhelpful staff can’t even answer basic questions about the store and products which is unfortunate because the store is well organized. The managers are very nice, knowledgeable and have great customer service. Employees need to be trained more
Love this place and glad they moved it to somewhere bigger!! I was helped by Olivia last time I went in about a week ago and she was super sweet and patient with me, would go back for sure!
