Melina was super, super nice! She was helping me look for Remy from the new Pixie x DIMOO series and was so patient the whole time. She’s really professional. She made the whole experience a lot more fun and enjoyable.

I went to Popmart in World Trade Center with my friends the first time and there was a worker name Melina she guided me very well and I was able to get what I wanted and it was this dimoo plush best experience ever!!!!
This is not a rating for the store itself but the service. I recently tried to call many times with no answer just a “user busy” line which I understand but I was not even given the option to leave my number or a voicemail
