They have you waiting past the due time I come in a few minutes before mu appointment and I'm not seen for 2 or more hours later and when you reschedule your appointment the give you 4 or 5 months later
Until recently, I am dissatisfied with UH Telehealth. I was contacted by phone for a Telehealth that would take place at 10:30 am. I waited and no one reached out. Then at 6:30pm on that same day I was contacted for Telehealth, and of course, I complained because no one reached out to me early that day for the 10:30am appt. It was then rescheduled at 7:15 but the doctor reached out at 7:45 pm. Now, as I reviewed my patient portal, it shows that I was a no show for the early appt. which is incorrect. The staff is aways friendly and is very experience in field that they practice.
I recommend this client because its very confident Urban health plan aways has ophthalmology on site and you can do your blood work on site.
