THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING IS THE DOORS @PUREGYM explain why if my phone dies I cannot come inside and have someone look into my membership, let alone if there's a fire there's 1 small door to leave, again if phone dies how do o get out. You eliminated the front desk staff, I feel less safe in case of fire, and you have inconvenienced my time. Thank you for upgrading nothing not even 1 new machine but you sure changed everything else. The most poorly maintained out the Bronx gyms, yes I go to other locations where they all have better equipment“

And not the person or anyone from the staff has come up to me to replace the lock that was broken since it was not my fault. :(“
