“This was my first time going to European Wax Center. After not getting waxed in years due to a terrible experience in the past, I was so nervous. I checked online and booked my appointment. The front desk receptionist was very nice. I was checked in and met with my wax specialist Nayalyn. Nayalyn asked me questions before we started like if this was my first time and I shared with her that is was my first at this place However I didn’t have good experiences in the past with wax.
