Need Physical Therapy? Look no further! This site is Amazing. The wait time is quick. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. The front desk staff, physical therapy staff, Sharon the Nurse practitioner and Felix Almentero, M.D. are all very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get treated with the utmost care & respect.
Since I started here last year 2024 I’ve consistently been treated with respect and dignity. They’re always reminding the patients of their appointments. This place follows diversity and inclusion for the diverse communities they serve.
There is one MA staff there by the “Annie”, she’s very supportive, cheerful, and helpful too. She’ll ask you how you’re feeling and make you feel safe, she’s have a great personality with a touch of professionalism. Arnaldo the floor manager is so kind as well and on point. Another black guy there with dreadlocks is always working hard. I can’t mention all of them by name however, this place is good.

3 stars because the therapists and front desk staff are great but the Doctor is terrible. He tried to downplay my injuries. I didn't like that. If this place wasn't conveniently located to my home, I would definitely go some place else. Front desk staff and therapists are extremely friendly. The patient care coordinator is pleasant also.
