Jasmine is a rude person. I think this place can be better place with out her. She has no customer service experience. I which someone else can replace her. Wow. This place needs help badly.Your business can't continue with bad reviews.

3 stars because the therapists and front desk staff are great but the Doctor is terrible. He tried to downplay my injuries. I didn't like that. If this place wasn't conveniently located to my home, I would definitely go some place else. Front desk staff and therapists are extremely friendly. The patient care coordinator is pleasant also.

Dr. Felix Almantero is the f****** worst! Make an appointment with him and expect to be pushed to the side while he... I don't know what the f*** he's doing. He has patients sitting in the waiting room while he takes 20-30 minutes before he sees the next patient. When I mentioned to him that I had been waiting for him for over an hour and that I was the ONLY PERSON sitting in the waiting room (in other words they weren't busy so there was NO reason to have me waiting so long), he had the nerve to try to respond with a defense. I could've cursed him the f*** out but I digressed. The nerve of this mfking guy.
