I had a wonderful experience with the staff. Ms Jennfe went above and beyond to help my mom. She was very compassionate and respectful. Dr Song was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. She explained to me whatever I needed to know easily. Ms Smoot loves her job and makes it look easy although it's really not. Ms Nunez was good too.
I had surgery on 1/11/23. I've always had blurry vision in my right eye. I couldn't see anything out of that eye. Dr. Susan Former is amazing!! She restored some vision in my right eye. I never thought that was possible. My glaucoma is controlled. She made me feel comfortable during the surgery and talked me through it. I'll be forever thankful to her for improving my quality of life.
The doctors and staff are exceptional. Short wait times, organized service in every step of the process of getting testing before you are seen by the doctor. Professional, courteous and more importantly I left there feeling cared for. Not typical of the assembly line medical care that happens a lot in big cities.
