Disgusting staff, minus one young lady. Every single time I have been here I have had a negative experience with a middle aged, woman with raccoon mascara with a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. Why they continue to keep her with her unprofessional demeanor is beyond me. I JUST called today to see about an appointment and as usual she was abrasive and caught an attitude about me requesting her to check if I was eligible for new glasses. This entire establishment is garbage, specifically because they insist on holding on to employees with lacking customer service skills. Rating them would be too nice. The receptionist was pleasant but the actual infrastructure of this place is to be desired. Very unprofessional processes, as they asked me to call sometime "this week or next to see if my TRIAL lenses arrive". When I mentioned that I am the customer, and it makes more sense for YOU ALL (Cohen's Optical) to call, they said "Either, or"NEVER AGAIN

***ZERO STARS***This place is terrible. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN. I blame myself for being cheap and going to the hood instead of going where I live. You get what you pay for in this area so expect MEDICAID quality customer service.
