These guys are amazing. I was in a bind - being scammed by another vendor who wasn’t even licensed! Anwar calmed me down - talked me thru what really needed to be done to fix my intercom system and sent his best guy Noel. Efficient - on time - intelligent and experienced with my system. We live in an 8 unit Co-op building and have an older intercom/door entry system that was having issues with the door buzzers not working. Abstract Enterprise did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Anwar responded quickly after I called and clearly outlined the costs involved, which were reasonable. The service technician who came, Noe, was friendly and easy to talk to and quickly figured out what the problem was. They clearly have a lot of experience working on these systems.
