Day one of construction, I envisioned chaos. Instead it was a day filled with laughter and excitement. Marks crew was the BEST! Each morning they greeted us by our names with a smile. They engaged in conversation throughout the day to provide updates or just offered a warm smile as they worked. They worked hard and long days even in the rain and snow. They arrived on time each morning so we were always aware of the schedule. If days off were needed, Mark communicated with us.
Throughout the process, Mark and Chris offered suggestions and ideas to improve the plan. Mark was kind and very understanding when mom in law was set on her ideas even if they weren’t always the best. He spoke to her with care and respect even getting a laugh out of her occasionally.
On the final days of the renovation, even my kids were sad to see the crew leaving. I can’t express how grateful I am that’s Mark and his guys were the contractors we chose. The addition is gorgeous.
