“I called Gene to repair several faucets and toilets. He came and repaired everything in a very short time. While there, I talked to him about replacing my hot water tank which was 16 years old. He quoted me a price, arrived in a few days and installed the water tank. While there he noticed that several of the gas connections were leaking a small amount of gas. He promptly tightened all connections so that they were no longer leaking. He is very professional in his work, keeps you informed on how work is going, and is very personable. Most importantly, Dave never forgot about me. He stayed in touch and when the time came, he and his brother delivered. Not only did they fix the problem, but Dave even managed to develop a solution that was better than the original system. That level of commitment is rare.
