She is willing to go out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction, even booking appointments on her day off. She provides thorough spa treatments, including exfoliation, massage, and mask, and finishes with a lovely nail color. On the other hand, some customers have reported discomfort with the pedicure seating and inconsistencies in pricing. Additionally, some have experienced issues with the quality of the nail work. Despite this, many customers appreciate Rosa's efforts and plan to return to the salon.
Love the way they do my waxing for my eyebrows and upper lip and so so kind. I did my nails todsy. The environment is so peaceful everyone is so kind and remarkable nail service. I have never been more pleases. So thankful to find a place right across the street from me.
I booked an SNS manicure at New Helen’s Beauty Salon through Groupon and was pleasantly surprised. Bobo, the nail tech and owner, is amazing at what he does. He’s super detail-oriented, takes his time, and really makes sure your nails come out clean, smooth, and natural-looking. I’ve had SNS done at other places before, but his work is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced.

I go for pedicures with Rosa, she's amazing at what she does. Unfortunately, they're is only two people doing nails, and they ONLY take scheduled appointments (which fill up quickly).
