About Queens Nail
Queens Nail is a salon where customers can expect varying experiences. On the one hand, Rosa, the nail technician, is known for her sweet and accommodating nature. She is willing to go out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction, even booking appointments on her day off. She provides thorough spa treatments, including exfoliation, massage, and mask, and finishes with a lovely nail color. On the other hand, some customers have reported discomfort with the pedicure seating and inconsistencies in pricing. Additionally, some have experienced issues with the quality of the nail work. Despite this, many customers appreciate Rosa's efforts and plan to return to the salon.

I needed a last-minute pedicure for an event and Rosa was so sweet to get me in the very next day. I was so grateful to her for going out of her way to book the service on what was supposed to be her day off. As for the service itself, Rosa took her time to pamper me with the full spa treatment (exfoliation, massage, mask, etc) and gave my nails a lovely pop of color for the summer. Will absolutely be coming back here!
