Not sure about bad reviews. I have done my nails in many places. This was just the same, clean, and most importantly super FAST which I love it. So it is not fair to give less than a 5 star to this place. They were friendly maybe the language barrier made some people write bad reviews!

I’ve had one successful service out of probably 4 attempts at getting a service. One time I asked if they could correct my toenail French tip, they told me they don’t do French tips on toes??? Not sure if that was a language barrier thing, and if so, I totally get it. Three days ago I walked in at 3 to get a pedicure, they told me I would have to wait until 5. I called at 5, they said wait until 7:30. I said hmm that’s a little late for me and asked if they could pencil me in for 11am the next day. They did an excellent job with my nails and feet. I had a powder gel and spa pedicure done. They are all professional and polite.Ben did my nails. Lin and Zhen were also there that day for the spa pedicure. Queenie took my appointment over the phone.I look forward to going back.
