“The mix of high+low reviews here is perplexing, but I can only speak to my own experience. I am so grateful that I found ​the Animal Health Center/Vet Village​ -- they gave us extraordinary care. My dog was in​ acute distress and I had seen 3 vets within a week​, including a world renowned ER in Manhattan. All of them could tell me that something was wrong, but were not able to diagnose. All referred me out for further testing at providers that didn't have availability for months​. Eventually I found the Animal Health Center/Vet Village. Dr. Haroush quickly assessed my dog, got him in for tests immediately, and within hours was able to consult with a neurologist, run tests, and provide a full diagnosis. He kept in touch day by day about progress, options, and financial implications. The vet tech and admin staff were kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Dr. Haroush definitely has alpha surgeon energy, and is laser-focused on animal welfare, and less on sugarcoating things for the pet parent. I can understand if this style doesn't click for everyone. But I trusted his expertise and actually found him to be very compassionate. I see many comments here that say this clinic is expensive. It is, but so is vet care everywhere (again, in my experience. And we may have many factors to blame for that:​ I had already paid an incredible amount at other clinics that yielded no results. I paid a lot here too, but got the service I paid for: timely results, communication, and personalized support. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs full service and is struggling to find it.“

“Our dog Finnegan had a complicated case, we had been to numerous doctors. Dr. Budgin and her team worked with Katonah Bedford Vetinary Center to find the best treatment plan for Finn.
Dr. Budgin and her team traveled to KBVC to operate on Finn and remove large papillomas in his mouth and on his palette.
The care prior and after was exceptional this was a complicated and difficult case to coordinate and complete but Dr. Budgin found a way when others said not possible.
Finn is on the mend and the 3yr old pup he was meant to be!!

“Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. Thank you Dr. Eldridge for having a heart and doing all that you do!“

The office provided same day 5 minute appointment. '2nd son, AKA Old Man Snowy' was in & out before he had time to process anything! Nails clipped, family including 'Old Man Snowy' all very happy.
