My wife and I are beyond thrilled with our experience with Res-Com. When I came home on Friday afternoon, our 28+ year old furnace had failed. On Monday, a service technician named Patrick came to our home and immediately diagnosed a dangerous cracked heat exchanger. He gave us a ballpark quote for a new furnace on the spot. Marcia in the office moved some jobs around and scheduled the installation for the next business day. The installers, Pete, John and Mark arrived right on time for the installation appointment and after 5 days without heat, we slept comfortably without the need for space heaters and electric blankets that night. Debbie called the next day to make sure we were happy and to say she had registered our furnace so we would get a 10-year warranty on parts and 1-year on labor. She also reminded us that the $1000 rebate needed to be in by 12/13 or we wouldn’t get it. My furnace was giving me trouble and Wasn’t giving off heat. It was a simple fix but I couldn’t figure it out. Shane came out and was here within 30 minutes of me calling. Came in was patient, took the time to explain and fixed my problem! After having a bad experience (let’s be honest traumatizing experience with a different company earlier this season) I was scared to call anyone. Res- com will be THE ONLY company I will ever use for heating! I was BEYOND impressed with the quick turn around, dispatcher/ office staff and service tech! I should also mention how reasonably priced they were!
These guys are fantastic!! Came out in the middle of the night and promised to come back in the morning when he could get parts to repair my 5.5 yr old furnace! Basically rebuilt the unit! Very personable and knowledgeable! Trustworthy honest guys! I highly recommend this company.
