“After suffering an eye injury just before the Fourth of July holiday, I was incredibly relieved when Insight Eye Care was able to fit me in the very same day I called. I had been hit in the eye the day before and was understandably worried, but from the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
The entire staff was warm, efficient, and reassuring, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. The doctor took the time to thoroughly examine my eye, clearly explain my injury, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect during recovery.
