All the staff look happy to be working there and create a welcoming shop. Happy receptionist. Fast turn around on orders. Lots of different brands. We got to look around at frames without staff hovering, and yet they were quick to give helped when asked for. Puts the big chains to shame.

They are so nice here! Normally I dread calling a doctor’s office, but everyone who works here is patient, kind, and professional. I’ve been going here for decades at this point and the doctors and staff are wonderful.

I had the best customer service experience ever! Everyone is so friendly and supportive there. They were genuinely happy that I was happy. The exam was thorough and the prescription is great. I bought two pairs of glasses. One is prescription sunglasses and they were equally awesome when I came back to get a progressive put in. (Learned single vision just not good all around for me) Did I mention quick? My glasses were ready in a days! I also stepped out of my comfort zone and thanks to Will I got a completely different kind of frame and I love them. If you need glasses go see them.
