I actually had a problem with another tenant and informed the management, which had the person removed from the building. Wether it was informing me of relevant updates regarding snow clearance or heating repairs it was done quickly and with my full knowledge. When i left 311 State Street, about 4 weeks ago my security deposit was given back to me in a matter of days. There was no funny business, the money was just returned quickly to my bank account. I was there nearly a year and not 5 mins so i got to see the service over a number of months. I would recommend them to friends and colleagues(which i have already done).
