“There are not enough good words to say about this company. They managed my property and assisted with multiple renters for over 10 years. Then when it was time to sell , they were able to get all the repairs necessary to put on the market and it sold 2 days after being listed. If I didn't contact Sonia for help when I moved out of the area I probably would have had to foreclose on my property.”
“Julie Ablan-Woodrow made the whole process smooth and easy for me as a first time home buyer. I first had 3 real estate agents, but under this new NY state law, I decided to keep Julie as my only agent during my home journey because she was the best. First impressions matters! My first impression of Julie was exactly what I expected and more. I watch a lot of HGTV and real estate agents showing homes and that's exactly what I received. The professionalism, care, attention to details, waking me through each house, room by room, and showing me things I didn't know/see. It turns out that I'm a very picky buyer and Julie addressed all of my needs and finally helped me find the home I like. Thank you for being patient and for your exceptional service. Will definitely recommend!”
“We buy and sell quite abit of property and have dealt with many realtors in NY and Florida. Shondra Beach by far has been the most professional and knowledgeable salesperson we have ever dealt with!! Not just good with people and the process but she constantly goes the extra mile to help us through the process. She has watched over our properties and gone to repair appointments and even arranged the repairs to get done as we do not live close. Cannot say enough good things about her!! We will do business with her and her company again and we highly recommend her to anyone.”
