Very convenient, good location. The Landlord is reachable. I wish there were more places like this. As a travelling health care it's hard to find a space like this with such ease. I certainly missed that personal space and would rent again if I go back to the area.
I had a excellent experience living at 311 State street, from beginning to end. I actually had a problem with another tenant and informed the management, which had the person removed from the building. Wether it was informing me of relevant updates regarding snow clearance or heating repairs it was done quickly and with my full knowledge. When i left 311 State Street, about 4 weeks ago my security deposit was given back to me in a matter of days. There was no funny business, the money was just returned quickly to my bank account. My husband and I LOVED Apartment 109! We spent the first two years of our marriage in this apartment. Rob & Sam were both super responsive when we had issues. It’s the perfect place for singles or couples with no kids. We would honestly still be there, but we need a little more space since we just had our first child. If you treat the property and management with respect, you’ll have a great experience here, too!
