I had a excellent experience living at 311 State street, from beginning to end. I actually had a problem with another tenant and informed the management, which had the person removed from the building. Wether it was informing me of relevant updates regarding snow clearance or heating repairs it was done quickly and with my full knowledge. When i left 311 State Street, about 4 weeks ago my security deposit was given back to me in a matter of days. There was no funny business, the money was just returned quickly to my bank account. My husband and I LOVED Apartment 109! We spent the first two years of our marriage in this apartment. Rob & Sam were both super responsive when we had issues. It’s the perfect place for singles or couples with no kids. We would honestly still be there, but we need a little more space since we just had our first child. If you treat the property and management with respect, you’ll have a great experience here, too!

A great place to call "home".I've lived here for a little over three years. When I moved in the reviews of the place weren't great, but I visited a lot of the other apartments in the area and wasn't impressed. When I visited these apartments, I was so impressed with the quality of the renovated apartments, that I decided to give this place a go. It was definitely the right choice! I don't have a single complaint.These are great apartments in a great area, they're within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and night life this small town has to offer.
