Julie Ablan-Woodrow has been a wonderful realtor during the home buying process. I live out of state so she organized virtual tours, was knowledgeable on the market in the area, and listened to our wants when buying a house. She was thorough and honest about the pros and cons of homes, which was refreshing. I’d highly recommend Julie and Marble Key.
I was pleased and Blessed to start my grueling out of town search for a new home with Mrs Julie! Her and her team were very thorough and honest about the homes we were looking at. They were very expedient at recording homes for virtual walkthroughs and didnt leave any details out. I felt very comfortable vetting the many homes they showed us and could trust her opinion when it came to picking our soon to be home out. I highly recommend her when out of state searching. She made me feel confident and was quick to answer my calls or text me with updates. Even after several weeks she continued to follow up and send different style homes that may fit my need. Despite the crazy situation that I'm going through, Jon I can say helped me a lot in my journey getting me into my dream home I'm living in.
