Came home from a two week trip to find a house with no heat. Earl returned my call immediately and came over within an hour. Diagnosed and repaired the issue at a more than fair price. I will definitely use Finger Lakes HVAC in the future and would recommend without hesitation or reservation.

Earl is your guy! Our furnace wasn't working properly on one of the coldest nights of the year. He took our call and helped us find the problem step by step and explained everything so we understood what was happening.
