Definitely a positive experience. Greg & Eric were Very professional and Eric patiently explained how the hot water heater operates. Very patient with my questions. They worked swiftly and efficiently. I love my new water heater. Now I have a new color scheme :-). I will definitely recommend the company. I will be calling about a water softener that must be replaced in my Townhouse.
Juan was excellent. He was cordial and performed the installation professionally and cleanly.. only issue i had was th quality of the water heater. it had spray foam leaking out of the unit (see pictures)
Not sure why the initial rep from HD didn't asked me for the measurements that I had there to begin with instead of having to tear up a side wall just to have the new unit fit in. No biggie but I was quite annoyed mainly because I upgraded to a bigger system and I'd told them about it in the first place. Like usual they didn't listened and this sort of thing happens. Other than that the system is working fine and better than I'd expected. Thank you.
