“I had twisted my back ( which has had multiple problems from previous injuries). I was in intense pain from the cervical spine to my lumbar spine. I thought this was the moment my pain management doctor has warned me about for the last five years. It would be time for surgery. Still determined to avoid surgery as much as possible I came to All Hands PT , and working with Ligia this time ( but I have worked with others here and they all have been ver good) she had me feeing so much better by the next day, I was back to my normal routines. “Tom is an outstanding PT. He is extremely knowledgeable and caters the therapy routine to your individual needs. He is attentive, compassionate, and always makes therapy a beneficial and enjoyable experience. I had ACL reconstruction surgery but I did prehab and am currently going through rehab with him. His work with me has really improved my quality of life. He also did work with my wife on her ankle a few years ago and she would say the same.

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry!
