“Just got my nails done at renegade room. Christine has done my nails and hair before and honestly id go to her before booking anyone else there. Christine does a superb job ever single time and stays professional. The specialist JuJu I tried this time was very rude. I came 17 minutes late due to the weather , we had a snow storm and there is snow everywhere. I left my house early and still arrived late. I let the specialist know I was running late. She said ok. When I arrived she glared at the photo I sent her prior to the scheduled appointment And stated that it wasn’t freestyle in a snarky way. When I explained that I do want it freestyle and not exactly like picture she never stated she would be charging to free style rate. Its crazy bc I would’ve paid whatever the price as long as I wasn’t met with an attitude through the entire appointment. As the appointment continued I move my hand once under the UV light and JUJU started banging the end of the table exclaiming that I should be still under the light. I told her I move a lot and it’s ok. She continued to scold me during the whole appointment making me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to leave so many times but I didn’t have time to schedule anyone else because I’m going in a trip soon. I also have ADHD and it’s difficult to stay still. I wish this would’ve taken in consideration when I’m a paying customer. Even if I messed my nail up during the appointment, she would’ve still been paid ….. idk what all the tude was for … however ! My nails super cute ! I’m not saying don’t book them , just be mindful specialist JUJU has a total and complete weird disposition. ?.“

My feet is looks wonderful, I normally get acrylic white nails on my feet but time I got French pedicure and Emerald is doing an amazing job so thank you to her. They also offer a free deep conditioning treatment Monday through Thursday. I usually go to Yahi Dominican Beauty Salon in Brooklyn, but this is the closest I’ve found in Queens that gives me the same quality and experience. Highly recommend!“

“Walked in here with zero expectations for a gel mani-pedi and got the best pedicure I've had in ages. Sofía took care of me and was very thorough with the dead skin in my toes which is so rare to find!

The brow waxing was also exceptional and I'm very pleased with my results. I highly recommend this place for it's work.
