I've known the main hairstylist for more than 10 years and she has not raised her price nor changed her good service.She listens to your request and puts her best effort to give best results for all customers. I know that she's not fluent in English, but she listens! She tries, and if she doesn't understand she uses pictures and body language to understand exactly and she delivers! She is so kind and again if something isnt right, she offers solutions. But my experience with her for 10 years, not once she didn't deliver my request. And I am in my 30's who loves different hair styles and colors! She is an expert and professional. Strongly Recommend!“
“My mom recommended Bibi to me and I called on Monday at 11 am and I was able to get a cut at 12pm, Bibi listened to my concerns and although we cut off more than I wanted, it was necessary, Bibi did great at keeping my length where she could, layers look amazing and my hair feels so healthy! “I had an amazing experience here yesterday. I don’t go out to do my nails often but def tried a good amount of places. This has been the best place I’ve tried . I loved the way grace took her time to cut my cuticles- this alone will make me want to go back again. There’s a place on Springfield I’ve gone to that literally took 5 min on my cuticles which sucked! I didn’t feel rushed at all. I brought my 3 year old with me (who was so getting an mani and pedi) and all the workers were so kind to her . They offered her a lollipop as well! My daughter also had a great time. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing . They provided a “warm lotioned glove” which also protected from the UV light. One down side is that don’t do designs on the nails :(“
