I’ve been to this salon before and always had a wonderful experience, so this time I decided to bring my mother along—and it was just as great as I expected. From the hair wash to the haircut and blow dry, everything was done with so much care. The entire staff was hands on deck, making sure we both felt comfortable and well taken care of. My mother enjoyed it just as much as I did, and we both left very happy with our hair. It’s always the same excellent service every visit, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

She didn’t ask what I wanted and assumed that I wanted a “trendy sleek haircut”. I trusted her because she had cut my hair pretty well the first two times but this time, it was much choppier and the “trendy cut” didn’t suit me at all and I left quite unhappy. I felt that my bangs weren’t blended in well with the rest of my hair and asked her to fix them but she insisted that it was part of the look. I tried to go home and fix it myself, but I couldn’t because she cut the top of my head into a mushroom shape and it can’t be fixed until I grow out my hair enough. She also straightened my hair out after I told her I had gotten a perm recently, which confused me. I think she tried to try out a “trendy look” asking or thinking about her customers preference, and I wish she hadn’t done that because I am now stuck with this hair for another few months.

Overall the experience was okay and they were very nice. Just make sure you are VERY careful what you tell them. I came in asking for a trim and layers. However they absolutely thinned the life out of my hair. I’ve spent years growing my hair and just like that it was gone. My hair is overall shorter by more then 3 inches and my hair is 2x thinner then it ever been. Maybe I should’ve said something but I trusted their expertise and I didn’t expect them to cut off so much. I only fully saw after they swept up all the hair they cut off and when it was fully dry. I still made sure to tip them over 30% for their work and time but if you go here make sure to tell them EXACTLY what you want and monitor them closely.
