“Being new homeowners, we were prepared for the typical contractor experience that you hear about from everyone. Missed timeframes, work going over budget, lack of communication, etc. This was the complete opposite experience from beginning to end. Vinny gave us the most detailed and realistic quote out of the 4 contractors we had give estimates on our Basement project. Work started and finished within the initial timeframe he gave us, and stayed within the estimate budget he set for us. Honest and upfront all the way through.His operations manager Heather is an absolute gem. She updated us daily on what to expect for the next day, who would be coming, and when they would be there. She helped us on timeframes for items we needed to pick out and helped guide our decisions with her knowledge of current trends and work they have done on other homes recently.Our project manager George was on site several days a week to ensure the job was progressing at a high level and in a timely fashion. He went out of his way on several occasions to pick up necessary items to make sure the work got done that day and kept the project on schedule. George and Vinny were also was extremely accommodating when we asked them to add an additional project in our home midway through and found a way to fit it in the schedule with no issues at all.Dan, Ray, and Anthony all did excellent work with the built-ins, cabinetry, and tile work.
