Was never told the main guy Bob was about to be on family leave and they didn't have anyone lined up to replace him. Discovered that when I emailed about scheduling & got an autoreply he was out& looking for someone to take over his duties. Got a text from Heather a few days after saying she needed to familiarize herself with my project & check the calendar and she would get back to me. Good to go right? Nope that was the last time I heard from them. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered. I finally asked for a refund july 29th both in text and email. To which i got an apology email Aug 5th saying how sorry they were and my refund was processed. Emailed a few days after to thank them for refunding & asking when it was processed so i can get a timeline of when to expect it, big surprise got the autoreply of being out of office for family leave. We are now at Aug 20th & i haven't received my refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank. see my Google review for screenshots of the texts/emails“
