We’ve used Gerry Sanders for years on various heating, cooling, and plumbing needs at my Mom’s place in Oakfield NY. Gerry does the work himself, is honest & hardworking, very dependable & thorough, reasonably priced, and offers cost-effective solutions. Top notch.
Amazing service. We had an older furnace that would not stay lit. Called one local service company that did very little troubleshooting, suggested replacing the filter, then simply said " cant fix it as parts are not available ".(then offered a full replacement of course) ... Gerry showed up 3 days later and fixed the furnace in a couple hours - now that is a true and competent hvac tech. Thank you Gerry, we will call you for future hvac needs.
