They followed up with a phone call first thing the next day when they were open with patience and understanding of my dog’s situation. They took wonderful care of Mochi even to the point of the owner Jen coming out to meet with me at drop off and pick up. Feel like I made a friend. On top of all of that, I can say they gave him the cutest cut under the circumstances.”
