Recently moved here from NYC and in 5 years have never met someone who was as gentle and sweet with cutting my anxious dogs nails as Sam was. She reassured me ten times over he would be okay - and he was never as calm for this before as he was this time around with her. She probably baby talked him more than I did which is rate! So incredibly grateful to have found this place. Not to mention how reasonable the prices are!!

Very wonderful experiences here w Sheila and Samantha. Always communicative re: appointments and they do a fantastic job of grooming. They always listen to what you want and never fail to deliver.

I have a rescue dog who is extremely anxious around water. Other groomers I’d taken her to just powered through which I feared made my dog more afraid. At Croton’s Pampered Pets, I could hear the groomers talking my dog through the process and comforting and praising her the entire time. By the time my dog came out and got comfortable, she refused to leave the salon!! I’m so grateful to have found a place that respects and works with a fearful dog and will help her overcome the fear instead of just ignoring it, as other groomers had done.Everyone was wonderful and I also learned great tips including which brush to use at home.
