Got a green light and we went. 5 Star Haircuts. They trim by hand and machine. Cut the way we liked (they listened) and they don't rush. Reviewing again to say its still 5 Star! BTW, haircut price went up $3. in January by management. Hopefully that's the last raise for a long time.“

“First time visiting this shop only because the sign said “walk ins only” I can get a haircut without advance scheduling. Aside from that. This man is 86 years old and gives a better haircut than anyone else out there. Been cutting hair since the beginning of time. And still remains friendly and welcoming. Shop is filled with history. Olds school vibes and if you’re lucky enough to come in on a busy day….the conversations alone make it worth the wait. Additionally, his price is set pretty low. He is a craftsman. You can pay more than the minimum and feel good about it.“

“Went to Janeth’s shop for the first time last week for a head shave. After living in the area for 8 months and passing by a dozen or so times, I decided to drop in. Called the day before to see if I needed an appointment and was assured that I did not. I arrived at 12:25 and was immediately seated in Janeth’s chair. In 25 minutes I was done and my shave could not have been better. Eyebrows trimmed, moustache lined up perfectly. Janeth has 25+ years experience as a barber and it shows. Light and confident touch which is great when handling a straight razor. Pricing is great. Close to home.“
