I called three times, to make sure I was able to get there in time, Luigi made me feel relaxed and reassured that I wasn’t too late, and he would fix me up.
Everyone there were super personable, smiling when I walked in, and even saying goodbye when they left, since I was still in there while they were closing.
I also took my son there. My son has ADHD and is on the spectrum. The two gentleman who cut his hair. Both made him feel calm , relaxed and were very sensitive to his sensory issues. Waited till he was ready for them to continue.
