Great yoga studio- classic, warm and welcoming, and no single prescribed style or gimmicks. I've taken multiple classes with Christine and Danielle and it's always a great class, welcoming for all!
As someone new to Yoga, I absolutely felt at home, comfortable, and capable of keeping up. I've never had a bad yoga class. The instructors are not only friendly but highly trained and helpful. This is my Yoga studio!
Wide variety of skilled Instructors and inclusive classes with modifications for all levels. Classes available in studio, outside (weather permitting) and zoom. I am grateful I found the studio.
