Irrefragably, Jay produced the most comprehensive and detailed bid out of every general contractor that I engaged with. Every line item was broken down, (i.e. each electric switch, window, etc. had a dollar amount)His transparency is truly unmatched in a field where most contracts pad and add margins to each line of supplies, in addition to their profit line. Ultimately, I proceeded with another contractor merely because my cousin, the architect worked with the other one more often -- although I was very torn on this decision.
