The epitome of professionalism! We are so pleased with the entire experience. ML Construction went out of their way to make having our roof replaced a painless experience. Their communication throughout the whole process starting with scheduling the estimate was impeccable. We were lucky enough to see their finished work before they started because they recently completed a roof on our block. We even asked if they could help us remove a no longer working huge air handler from an abandoned central air system in our attic, and they were happy to handle it for us at no additional charge. They finished in one day, cleaned the yard, left no debris, did not nickel and dime us with unforeseen charges and, best of all, left us with a beautiful new roof! We highly recommend ML Construction to anyone who needs roofing work!!

Reviews
ML Best Construction is the truly the best contractor I ever did business with. My family was going through a very traumatic time and to add to it my elderly mother's insurance company sent notice that she needed her roof replaced by December 10, 2022 or they would drop her home owners insurance. I called ML Best and Manny came out in a storm to look at her roof. We had a beyond fair estimate and set a date for the replacement the next day. The roof was replaced on November 21st it took one day and it is beautiful, my mothers property was spotless when the crew left. I highly recommend this company.
Exceptional from start to finish. When I called for an estimate 10 days ago I expected to get voicemail. Instead Chris, the very professional office manager, answered immediately and scheduled the appointment for 3 days later. When Manuel, the owner, gave us the estimate he clearly explained the process and customized his proposal according to our specific needs. The job was initially scheduled for Dec. 1 but, when an earlier job got postponed, Manuel called to see if they could come this week. Ours was a particularly complicated job that involved ripping up the original cedar shake roof and two additional layers. Roofers were great. They arrived promptly and worked almost non-stop each day until it got too dark. They were efficient, took great care to protect our house and property during the installation and thoroughly cleaned up when they finished. Today, 10 days after my call for an estimate, we have a new roof and gutters. It looks great! We couldn’t be happier!
